The Crossings is non-gated community with entrances from 104th st and 137th ave. This community stretches across over 750 acres of land, with various sizes of homes ranging from Estate Homes, Patio Homes, Town Villas, and Courtyards.

All units look uniform in their complimentary Earth Tones, usually a creamy white exterior, brown wooden fences, and tiled Spanish-look roofs. Very similar to a mini-Pinecrest with all of the trees creating a canopy over the by-streets and parking lots. The Crossings boasts many amenities, several pools, a private 80-acre park, community center, complimentary dog bags throughout the neighborhoods, a lake stocked with fish, an "A" rated Middle School, and a strip mall with restaurants, dance studio, and a brand new Publix being constructed.

Currently, there are 5 homes for sale in The Crossings ranging on the lower end from $499K for a 2/2 up to $825K for a 4/2. The average going rate at the moment is around $350/sqft and up!
